Depends how your MI system works, but in ProSolution, we just usually just delete the 25/26 enrolments we've already rolled over which we now know closed in 24/25 (AED before 01/08/25 or Achievement date before 01/08/25 if it's an apprenticeship).
If it's an apprenticeship component that has to still be in the ILR for as long as we're reporting the Standard, we just manually copy over the Completion Status, Outcome, Grade, Actual End Date, etc. You can keep doing that up until the close of R14. After that, you just have to close it in 25/26.
We would update the aims to the correct completion status, outcome code, grade and act end date (even though it is in previous year). You will miss out on any achievement payment due last year (if they are ASF aims) as it can't be claimed/paid retrospectively but it will make sure you don't lose the positive ach. on your QAR.
Be aware however that the Achievement will show as an achievement in 25/26 rather than 24/25 as this is the 'reporting year'

Phil Dawe You'll still get achievement payments from 24/25 if the AED date (or Achievement date for standards) was in 24/25, as long as you report that by R14. The point is that you don't need to keep reporting something in 25/26 if you closed it completely by the 24/25 R14, just because you happened to do the admin between 1st August and mid October. If you only report 24/25 AED dates after R14 is closed, then yes, you have to put that in 25/26 and you can lose payments and push results into the following year.
What I couldn't seem to find in the guidance for ASF is whether the AED has to be accompanied by a known Outcome or not, but we appear to have received completion payments for our 2/8 records, so that's useful to know that we don't lose that if somehow we can't get a result before R14 for someone who completed in 24/25 (rare, but it can happen).
Ruth Canham-James, Faye Hollingdale Apologies, funding years have rolled over and I am in the usual returning two years at the same time blur. I mis-read the dates above, and thought that it had been discovered that the FS had not been claimed for 23/24 and could not be corrected as the FY was closed.

ILR Completed FS Learner in 24/25
Created
Hi, just been doing a spot audit and it has been highlighted that there are a couple of learners who had completed FS in 24/25 and it had not been registered on the ILR. I have their certificates and evidence required. Now that 25/26 has started these aims have transferred over to here. I can go in and edit 24/25 and put in the correct completion date but this doesn't update 25/26 and it looks like they are still in learning for this aim, does anyone know what I should do with the 25/26 aim to close it down please? Having a mental block! many thanks
