Do you mean the Z00 aim component? It's utterly meaningless anyway, so it doesn't really matter. We have a script we run in ProSolution that closes the Z00 code component as 2/8 with an AED to match the programme aim once that is closed as 1/8. Once the actual outcome goes in on the programme aim, the Outcome gets updated to match too.
Hi Ruth. Yes, that is correct, Z00 aim component. I have also coded that as 2/8 with the actual end date. It was just odd that it was not taking the info the same across bot aims. I also read to not use a code 2 and 8 in the ZPROG but to wait for the results and then code 2 and 1 for achieved and 2 and 3 for fail once we have the results in September 2025 and then update the component aim the same.

EPA Completions with a learning aim

Our learners have gone into EPA with a last day of learning/PPED of 02/05/2025. We know that they have also submitted their PR and completed all learning activities by 30/07/2025 but the outcome is unknown as the results will only be released in September 2025. I have recorded in the ZPROG (programme aim) a completion status as 1 and outcome as 8 -still unknown. But I am struggling in Pro Solutions with the learning aim. If I do the same, as with the ZPROG it throws out rule violation errors. It doesn't like me entering the actual end date/PPED against that outcome, but it will work if I return the actual end date but record a completed 2 status with an outcome 8 - unknown. Does anyone have any ideas please. This is in the learning aim?
