Hmmm, interesting. Is it a Standard where the max funding has been reduced? So they weren't over the band when they started but they would be if they started now? Clutching at straws a bit here, to be honest (one would hope they would've built the report to cope with this but, well, I think we know some of the reports are a bit... special...)
I had this recently but it was due to a funding band maximum changing part way through the month and the DfE systems hadn't updated yet so I had learners showing a co-investment that was due, but it wasn't.
I raised it with the PDSAT helpdesk, and they were able to sort it out and the learners no longer show on the report, and I haven't done anything my end. It might be worth getting in contact and hopefully they can help with this for you.

Hello, I am so confused by our PDSAT. We are getting two learners pulling through as showing they need coinvestment, but they are from a levy employer. Their TNPs do not exceed the max funding band, they are down as ACT 1 on FAM type. Am I missing something really obvious or is this an issue with the report? They aren't even on the co-investment contributions report.
