OTJ hours

I'm not sure it will be updated - I think the minimum remains the same until there is a review of annex c which I think I read will only be updated at certain points in time?

We've asked how often the 'annex C' will be updated as one of our standards had a price increase from 1st August but as the latest spreadsheet was from July it has the old value and an external auditor is querying why we have used the higher value (we have shown them the link on Skills England that has the newest value)...

They're going to have to have "valid to" and "valid from" values for each standard/minimum OTJ combo if they plan to make changes, as we can only go with what was on Annex C at the time. We can't be changing plans for Apprenticeships already started.

Skills England doesn't list the minimum OTJ, and Annex C doesn't list the typical duration. Whilst typical duration and price were used to to help determine minimum OTJ, the three things are not inextricably linked. In increase in typical duration (which is a suggestion, not a rule) doesn't have to result in an increase in minimum OTJ (which is a strict rule).
