QAR Query - EPA Failure Date

Hi all,
Just want to check I am correct. We have one learner who’s end dates were 24/25, failed one element of their EPA in the July, but retook in August, and unfortunately failed it again, so technically her end date is 25th August as this was the date she resat and failed. Would she count in 25/26 QAR or 24/25? I think 25/26 as the end date was 25th August.

25/26. Hybrid end year is determined by the latest of Expected End Date, Actual End Date, Achievement Date, or Reporting Year. It should be reported in your 25/26 ILR.
