R12 QAR Data Download

Ours are very close; AR is -.3 percent, PR is the same and RR is +.3% against our system.

OK, definitely found one Quite Big Thing up with the Apps spreadsheet...

In column BI,  funding_qualifying_period_excl, where rows are flagged TRUE (ie learner withdrew within 42 days), they are still showing as QAR Inclusion in column BC, qar_status, rather than QAR Exclusion. The dashboard seems to be applying this correctly.

This isn't just me, is it?

Thanks Steve - this is totally it - removed those and percentage matches exactly the dashboard.

Total relief - wont cancel my ticket will wait and see what they come back with

Just heard it was also doing it at R10 and the person who reported it was told it would be fixed for R12...

Yep my R10 was also doing it - to say I was having a heart failure was an understatement - trying to work how to tell the board a drop of 7% from reported........again thank  you for finding it.

Where are you getting the R12 downloads? My dashboard is R12, but my downloads are R10.

Hi Gina,

It may be that they have been removed, or that they halted the roll out, but I definitely don't have them. However I do have the dashboard and am in agreement with those figures, so I won't worry too much about the downloads if they are wrong.

Yeah, no, mine were there yesterday but not there when I look now, so I guess they've removed them to fix them!

They've been reuploaded now and appear to be fixed!

Yes, I now have R12, and they do appear to be correct.

We republished the R12 data extracts on Friday 19th September with this fix now included.

I need your help. We have a significant discrepancy in the achievement rate, where we expect a higher percentage compared to what the dashboard shows. We have reviewed the hybrid approach, and no learners who were previously ended had their planned end dates in the 2024/25 academic year. How do I get this checked and possibly corrected?

If you have issues the best thing to do is to go to log a ticket - if you use the help centre there is a selection for QAR - this should put your query to the right people.
