Unable to upload PDSAT annotations

I uploaded annotations last night and have just checked and they have also failed, but it was working last week when I uploaded annotations.

Thanks for this I might not have checked it worked until the next time I ran the PDSAT, if you hear anything back from the helpdesk on this, please update it on here.

I'm not even able to get an ILR returned this morning.

I am having the same issues, I have tried to upload FIS, ILR files, and annotations several times this week and they have all failed - this is for FY24/25.

I have emailed the Helpdesk and I am waiting for a reply.

Well it's reassuring to find out that it's not just me having issues

Hopefully with all the helpdesk tickets being created and with the knowledge that R14 is looking KPMG will look to resolve this quickly.

Just as an update, I have been able to upload a FIS report for FY24/25, no annotations as of yet.

Hi All,

I don't know if anything has been updated on the system over the weekend, but I have deleted all my 24/25 annotations and uploaded my latest spreadsheet (which had previously failed but now deleted) and it has worked this morning, and the annotations have uploaded 🎉 hopefully this works for others as well!

I was also able to upload annotations and a FIS file today so it seems like it's been fixed/healed over the weekend.
