Was you assessment cost exactly 20% of the band max? Most of ours are slightly lower. TNP2 should be what you're going to pay the EPAO, not the 20% Completion amount. Sometimes they are the same amount.
If the EPA price is at or above 20% of the total price, I'd just set the training to be £1, and the rest as the assessment price.
You asked this again in this thread and got a different answer.
I thought we'd tried TNP3 as £0 and it didn't work, but if it does, that's a better solution! 😊
Ruth Canham-James Yes , thank you. I found a couple of threads with a similar issue, but as they were historic ones i wasn't sure if I would get a response. Then I found one with you on, and you are such a knowledgeable guru, i knew you'd have an idea. I thought the same as you, the ILR wouldn't like a "0", but it seems to have uploaded ok...watch this space I guess. Just wish it wasn't at R14 point in time!! Thanks again Ruth. Have a good weekend

Out of funding and change of employer

HI, We have a learner who has changed employer but is out of funding. The new employer is paying the EPA cost but how do we record this? TNP4 on it's own without a TNP3 seems to dlock? Has anyone managed to process this please
