It's possibly something to do with the stopped record. We get all sorts of oddities like this. Honestly, call the Apprenticeship Service, they're usually excellent about explaining how to fix these. They spot things I hadn't noticed and I'm usually meticulous. Sometimes the fix is odd and we'd never have worked it out. If the first person you get isn't great, call back another day, they have a lot of really good staff. If it gets escalated to the technical team, they're fab in my experience.

DLOCK07 - Help needed

Good afternoon all,
Hope you're all well.
I'm after some guidance if possible in relation to DLOCK07s - No matching record found in the employer digital account for the negotiated cost of training.
Looking at one of the records, the record has been STOPPED on DAS for the previous enrolment and the stop month matches the DAS.
For the Sept 25 enrolment, we have a TNP 1 & 2 with a date of the 29/09/2025 that matches the start date of the level 6 apprenticeship but for some reason the DAS is showing this as an ILR data mismatch and when i click into it, its saying that the ILR submission is showing a value of £24840 from the 29/09/2025 but its actually the fee of £14850 which is the correct fee, the DAS is getting the 2 values the wrong way round.
Is there a way to trick the ILR? Maybe if we were to adjust the dates on the TNP values from the 29th to the 30th maybe?
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
