We are having a lot of our employers bouncing cohorts back to us and not approving which are then sent back with instructions on which option to choose - is anyone else having a similar issue

Yes having the same problem and think this is because if the employer doesn't action after 14 days they automatically come back
Yup getting employers to open and approve cohorts is almost a full time job.
It's really tricky knowing when they've approved as well. If there was a recent approvals tab that would be useful as, if they expire they just go back into the cohort list.
