Hi All,
Just after some clarification as I am sure I have see this in the rules but cant locate it now.....
If an employer is non levy and has less than 50 employees - are they still required to pay the 5% contribution towards the apprenticeship training?

The "small" employer (fewer than 50 employees) distinction hasn't been in place since 1st April 2024. See paragraphs 144 and 145 from the 23/24 Apps Funding Rules for the change, and paragraph 183 of the 25/26 rules for the current position.
