We just put the whole privacy notice on the forms (paper or online), as how else do you ensure that learners have seen it?

That does link to a bigger privacy notice.
Ernest Ofori That one I linked to covers both.

ILR and LRS Privacy Notices for Apprenticeships and AEB Programme
Edited
I hope someone can help with this.
We are in the process of revamping our enrolment packs, and I want to make sure we include the correct privacy notices in them. In our previous enrolment form, we've always included the LRS Privacy Notice with the statement below:
LEARNER RECORD SERVICE (LRS) PRIVACY NOTICE
The information supplied will be used by the Department for Education (DfE) to issue you with a Unique Learner Number (ULN) and to create your Personal Learning Record, as part of the functions of the DfE. For more information about how your information is processed, and to access your Personal Learning Record, please refer to: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/lrs-privacy-notices.
I have also seen the latest ILR privacy notice, and it states that training providers must ensure that their applicants has read it as well (guidance.submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk/25-26/ilr/ilrprivacynotice).
Is the best practice to include both privacy notices in our enrolment packs? It'd be useful to know how other providers work them into their enrolment packs.
Thanks in advance!
