We have an apprentice who plans to complete all apprenticeship gateway requirements before going on mat leave, but wants to use the KIT days for the actual EPA.
Having read the funding rules, I don't think a BIL is required (she'll just be in gateway for a bit longer than her peers) - is this correct?
I also can't tell if we still need to complete the agreement mentioned in P288 as there won't be any OTJ training - any ideas?
