Have you got the Learning Start Date Postcode in the Delivery entity and Postcode Prior to Enrolment on the Learner entity correct? I think it's the former that is used to determine devolved area. Different MI systems will populate that in different ways, so you need to work out what your system is doing. In our system (ProSolution) you can choose home or term, but it won't ever pick up Postcode Prior to Enrolment. Postcode Prior can be updated mid-year if it's a new programme.

Hi friends, so i have 2 learners that lived in Birmingham previously and did a skills bootcamp course (devolved), however they moved address after completion of the course and enrolled onto another course which was under ESFA (Non Devolved). This has shown up on the devolved occupancy under the course they completed with the Non Devolved postcode. Please can someone explain how i can fix this that doesn't involve removing the learner from the ILR and course?
