5% contribution for employed Apprentices



Might sound like a silly question but, if a non-Levy Apprenticeship Training Provider is training up one of their own staff through one of their own programmes, how is the 5% contribution and Employer/Training Provider Contract managed

Ie do they contract with themselves and pay themselves 5%??

Hi Dan,

Use Learning delivery monitoring code 356 on the programme aim. This code is used to identify apprenticeship programmes on Funding model 36 that are being delivered by an employer to their own employees, and so do not require co-investment payments to be recorded on the ILR.
