Missing ERNs on Apps Additional Payments Report

Hello,
Is anyone else finding ERNs are missing from the Apps Additional Payment Report if the apprentice has restarted after a BIL? Also, when an apprentice is now fully withdrawn, and the report has a claw back. I'm very confident we're coding our restarts accurately.
It's annoying for our Finance team not to just be able to use the ERN to make payments (we have those stored against the employer where Finance would normally check).
