Period End Reports - Decimals

Created

None

Hi All,

Apologies if this is a really silly question - in your period end reports from ESFA, how do we work with the decimals on each line?

To date we have been using the decrease feature in excel, but I'm now worried that across a number of months all of those minute decimal places may be adding up!

TIA

Hi,

All funding on the reports is calculated to 5 decimal places and represented on the summary report totals to 2 decimal places although they are still calculated to 5 decimal places.

You still use individual months data values at 5 decimal places when you total up months when invoicing the employer, you would record at 2 decimal places.

Martin West
