An apprentice should only appear on the report if you closed their enrolment as Temporary Withdrawal, and restarted them again without adjusting the Planned End Date. When was their break, before or during the time they changed employer? If there wasn't a break in learning, just a change of employer, nothing should have been changed on the enrolments.
Hi Ruth, That's just it. There is no break? They technically finished with employer 1 on one day and then started with employer 2 the next day. When you say nothing should have change with their enrolments...could you please expand on this? Do you mean we leave all learning aims alone and just add a new employer status entry and TNP3 / 4. Also went from non -levy to levy so will need to add new ACT 1?
Yes, you'd just add a new ACT if necessary and new TNP, which it what it sounds like you've done. That's really weird! I suggest you wait for the R05 FRM reports, and if it's still there, contact the service desk.
For 20/21, we don't yet have the "User Guide", we just have the "Financial assurance: monitoring the funding rules for post-16 funding for 2020 to 2021" document which has no details on FRM07, says "Our 16+ monitoring reports user guide for 2020 to 2021 will be published later in the year and will explain how to correct data". Still waiting. There's a "Reports User Guide" about how to access the reports, but it doesn't contain all the detailed explanation of what triggers each report that we had last year. You can look at the 19/20 User Guide and see what FRM07 says, but they might have expanded it for this year?

Hi, I have a learner who is appearing on the FRM07 after a change of employer. There is no break in his employment though as he was TUPE'D to his new employer so next day start. Surely by not adding one day to the planned end wouldn't make any difference? Especially as they are funding on a monthly basis? Does anyone have any guidance please?
