How should a change to employer over a month end be recorded?
If a learner finishes with one employer on say 15th of month and starts with new employer on 3rd of following month? We would work out the residual price and calculate the 5% the co-investment on this but a payment would be received at the month end prior to the new employment would then push the payments over the maximum funding band. How do we avoid this whilst making the agreements match?
