Business goes into administration

Hi all,

We have a learner who has been made redundant and the company have gone into administration. We have made various attempts to get in touch to get a withdrawal form signed but we are getting no where.

We need to withdraw the learner but we cannot obtain a signature, what is the correct process to follow?

Thank you for your help !

As long as you have auditable evidence to show the learners last date in learning, I don't believe a signature on a withdrawal form is the end of the world. Maybe add something to the withdrawal form confirming the reason - not sure if there is a withdrawal reason for this type of scenario in the ILR?

This can also happen when a learner leaves their job, assuming we cant keep them on programme with the new employer.
