Recording PMR records after TNP Change

Created

None

Am looking for advice on how to record PMR records correctly when TNP records change.

For example:

Original TNP 1 £9,000 and no TNP2 5% charged & received PMR1 £450

Revised TNP 1 £8,500 and TNP2 £1,000 extra £25 charged & received - how do we record PMRs? Do we need to adjust the PMR 1 down by £25 and the PMR 2 as £50 to ensure that they equal 5% of the respective revised training and assessment prices?

Does it matter as they get combined in Funding Reports?

PMR records actual payments from the employer, you would not normally allocate to PMR 2 until the co-invest payment is related to the EPA costs.
