It's currently 3 years resident in the EEA (PLUS A WHOLE LOAD OF EXCEPTIONS), still awaiting precise wording for what happens after 1 August.

Does a learner have to be a resident in the UK for the past 3 years to be eligible for ESFA funding on an Apprenticeship?
How and where can I find out about this?
