I think this is going to be specific to the MIS software you use. We also use an overarching "programme" enrolment we use to tie together qualifications as a study programme, and it doesn't go in the ILR. The date we record there has no impact on anything outside of our organisation. That might not be the case with your set up. I think you need to speak to your software supplier.

I understand that amending an end date for the previous year after R14 can be difficult but I've got a situation where the end date on the qualification is correct and updated (including the status of the aim) but in the MIS there is another end date that needs to be recorded against the overall SILR and this is blank.
I imagine that this is causing the learners to be returned in the ILR and we are not getting any funding for them anyway, is there any possible implication for adding the end date in here, so these learners aren't continued to be returned? This is under the 16-19 funding.
