Hi Everyone,
Do we know whether these apply to new hires who start an apprenticeship at a later date? I have an employer who hired the individual September 2020, but their apprenticeship does not begin until May 2021. Is there anywhere in the rules that clearly explains this?

Hi Jessica, I've just been told by AS helpdesk that if an employee starts their job before 1st April 2021 and is not signed up to an apprenticeship before the end of March 2021, then the employer will not be eligible to any Incentive payment!
