British Citizen AEB funding

Hi we have had a British citizen that has been living in the UAE but has now returned to live in the UK and has been for the past year. 

Is she still eligible as a citizen to access the funding?

Check paragraphs 35 and 46-48 of the AEB funding rules. The "and" at the bottom of 35.1 is very important.

We do often find a way to fund via a "family member". Nearly all of our British citizens who have lived away from the EEA for years, have family who have been living here for three years.
