Is there something physically stopping you using the real start date in the DAS? I've not experienced that, I'm sure we've put start dates in last year before now. You should record what really happened. If the start date were actually June, you'd record that, but you'd lose the June and July payments now, as ESFA don't back pay for amounts due in previous years. That's the price you pay for the error unfortunately. Combined TNP in the ILR must match the value in DAS.

Levy learner not on DAS

Hello,
We have a learner that should have been added to DAS last academic year (i.e. with pre Aug 2020) but unfortunately for one reason or another has been mistakenly omitted. Can someone give me advice about how we should go about this? I understand that we cannot now add the learner with 19/20 start date in DAS (I guess we should use 01-08-2020) but what about the TNP? Can we still set this as the original TNP as recorded in 19/20 ILR?
Any information and guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you
