I am having issues with our R09 ILR submission - We are receiving ILR errors with the rule name ' EmpStat_08' for AEB learners. The ILR error is showing as 'An Employment status record has not been returned that applies prior to the Learning start date' I have double checked some of learners records and the employment status is dated prior to learning start date. It is effecting learners that have been on programme for some time now and some have since completed. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if there is a known issue?
Thanks for your reply - good to know that your issue was resolved. We only have one learner being affected and as far as I can see the data is definitely correct. I'll have to get my thinking cap back on!
