No need for pre-settled status for 20/21, so, as with a UK learner they just need to tick the box to say they've been resident in the EEA for the last three years.
Obviously, this will change once we get to 1 August, but not yet! I'd be surprised if the App Rules for 21/22 don't follow the same lines as the AEB Rules but can't be certain until they're published.

Hi All
We have an apprentice with pre-settled status, after moving here from Germany in 2019.
For an apprenticeship starting in the current funding year, what information do we need to collect from them? Do we need to check they have been ordinarily resident in the EU for the three previous years, and if so what kind of evidence should we be collecting for that?
