I presume the Employer is a levy payer? If so, may be worth checking to see if at any point they had insufficient funds and would’ve therefore needed to co-invest. Providers need to report that all required co-investment contributions have been received before the payment can be made. Period end reports would be your best bet.

Achieved Apprentices still showing as "Live"

We have some apprentices who completed and achieved their frameworks last year but we haven't yet had achievement payments for them and they're still recorded as "Live" on the Apprenticeship Service. The Apprenticeship Service shows the Total Agreed Apprenticeship Price and our MIS records show an identical amount as the TNP but also has 2 additional uplift amounts. Could this mismatch be causing the problem or can anyone suggest anything else we should be looking at?
