Sharon Toothill From memory the Hybrid end year is the LATEST of planned end date, achievement date, or reporting year.
So for overall it will not be counted as a negative in 20/21 but as a positive in your 21/22 - assuming the apprentice passes :-)

The hybrid end year is whatever the latter of the following dates is;
a) achievement year (for apprenticeship standards on funding model 36 only)
b) planned end year of the learning aim
c) actual end year of the learning aim
d) reporting year
Though it should be 1/8 until the EPA has been completed and the outcome/achievement date is known
Hello, I currently have 3 apprentices who have undertaken their EPA and now we are awaiting the result.
On PICS, it does not allow me to change to 1 and 8 stating 'if completion status is 1:Continuing learning, outcome must be 9:Study Continuing'.
Anyone know how to work around this or advise if I am inputting this incorrectly?
(for everyone else) Our friends at Pellcomp picked that up on this thread:

QAR Achievement Rates

Hi
We have a learner who's planned end date is 31/07/21. Our Trainer has been working to this date and the learner is almost ready to enter Gateway. We are organising availability with the EPAO and it is looking that they will conduct the 'live' assessment in August. So in theory the actual end date would be 2020/21 and the achievement date would be 2021/22, am I right in thinking this will go down as a negative overall achievement rate as the planned end date is 2020/21?
Thanks
Regards
Sharon
