Hi all,
I’m seeking guidance in line with ESFA funding rules.
A learner with Limited Leave to Remain does not have a confirmed National Insurance number and is using the number shown on their BRP card. They have previously attended training with another provider using the same details.
For ILR purposes, how should this be handled to ensure ESFA compliance?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Apprenticeship or Adult Skills? If the latter, there's no requirement to return NINO for anyone (although almost everyone does), if the former, um, is their LLTR long enough to get to the end of the App?
