When you transfer a student from one version of a Standard to a new version (same ST/LARS codes), you don't change anything in the ILR. From the 25/26 Funding Rules:
302. Where an apprentice is moving versions, there will be no change to how their standard is recorded on the ILR; the provider must continue to record them on the ILR on the standard that they started on.
So the price will still apply from the start date that's already there. Even if you applied a break or withdrew, when you put them back on, the DfE/DWP still tie the ILR rows together if they have the same ST/LARS code, and will cap you at the price that was applicable from the original start date.

Funding bands and new versions of Standards (existing Learners)
Created
We have learners on an existing version of an apprenticeship standard. However, the funding band is being revised And a new version of the standard released. If we were to tansfer a learner from for example V1 of a standard (funding band £5000) to version V1.1 (funding band £10,000) would we get the uplift in funding (subject to employer approval) or is the new price only for new starts?
Many thanks
