DFE Mock Style Audit

Hi all 

Can anyone recommend a good auditor to carry out a mock style DFE audit on 16-19?

We are looking for the following to be carried out.

 

  • Sample of 30 learners from your latest ILR data return audited against the funding rules
  • Audit of a sample of learners on each of our PDSAT reports to test for funding compliance against the expectations of each report
  • Supply the DfE Controls Questionnaire and audit your completed copy against your policies and procedures

Hi Chris,

We recently used Validera for a remote apprenticeship funding assurance audit but I know they do 16-19 audits too.

We got exactly what we asked for, which was for them to be extra picky for anything an auditor might raise, this gave us some solid management points to review and tweak documentation where required.

We had a sample of 30 file and a PDSAT audit walkthrough, where they had reviewed it prior and then we went through each report together on a Teams call.

The DfE controls questionnaire was used and audited against our files, we were provided daily updates on any queries found and having been through many DfE/DWP audits myself, it mirrored this process.

Hi there

We have used Solvendis recently. 

They were thorough and very good reporting style back to us.
