Learners counted twice in 24/25 and in R10 25/26

I know there have been some issues with R10, but ours is a unique one that I have not seen anyone mention. We have about 10 learners who were leavers in 24/25 as fully withdrawn, no overdue planned break, but in R10 25/26, we are seeing them as leavers again with completion code 6 (on break) and overdue planned break. However, they all have been fully withdrawn on our ILR. Surely this is a mistake.

Does anyone have the same experience? Thank you!

I'm not sure which report you are referring to, but if its the QAR, you should report that with examples to them directly.   If its your funding reports, it means someone has forced records into the current year ILR that you were not expecting, so check your ILR system.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I mean our official R10 QAR data released just last week. These learners have been counted against our QAR in 24/25 already. They are being counted against our QAR again based on R10. The customer service site is down, so unsure the best way to query them as quickly as possible.

Definitely seen this in my data as well, so you're not alone. Fairly sure it's been reported and will be picked up in the recast data but, obviously, will be paying close attention!
