Hi,
Might be worth double checking the e-mail address you've sent to the query to as there is a . between APAR and mailbox in their e-mail address which is missing from the e-mail address you've referenced

Hi All
I was directed to use APARmailbox@dwp.gov.uk for a query in relation to the changes to assessment for apprenticeships, but haven't been able to get hold of anyone there, even after chasing a handful of times (query was submitted back in June). Does anybody know of any other contacts or telephone numbers we can use?
