I'm afraid I don't have an answer, but did you know there's a JISCMail list for ProSolution users?
There's another one for general MIS too. If you've not familiar with JISCMail at all, definitely worth looking into it.

Is there a simple way to configure the steps on the enrolment wizard to cater for different process steps, for example a standard 16-18 enrolment as apposed to an HE enrolment and if so can the reports shown for selection be limited to just those used during the enrolment process for example cards for lanyards, learning agreements, financial receipts and direct debit mandates?
