No, it was a significant oversight on the part of OneAdvanced. One of my team built a script to add the new rows. Not only did the data not get migrated with the upgrade, the fields are not in the enrolment wizards.
We're actually keeping a script running for now. For OTJ hours, we're allowing the inputters to use the old field, and we're creating the new hours values from that with a script. I'm hoping the correct fields will eventually be in the wizard and we can stop that. Hours reductions have to be entered manually post enrolment.
If you're not already aware, there's a JISCMail list specifically for ProSolution enquiries that I recommend 🙂
There is a one-off way of doing it by exporting into a spreadsheet the hours values alongside the Enrolment ID (assuming you've been putting the hours in the old field), then using the ad hoc import wizard to add "Enrolment Hours Record" rows. You only need three columns; EnrolmentID, HoursAmount and HoursTypeID. Hours Type will vary depending on the type of enrolment (App/T Level).

Hi All,
Is there a way to bulk update the new hours type code and hours amount against each tailored learning enrolment? Can't see an easy option using the front end :(
