Think your only route would be to raise a ticket via Customer Help Portal under Data and MI category and request the archived 23/24 R14 QAR data extract. As you may already be aware, they decommissioned / archived a bunch of data as part of their move to Databricks as a platform, including but not limited to the 23/24 year.
