Redundancy funding in ILR - Funded to completion R14

Hi,

We have a learner who has been made redundant and is being funded to completion as they meet the criteria for this. On our recent R13 funding report however we have identified we haven't received the payment expected (£0) and on another similar learner who was made redundant and completed EPA, we also haven't received their completion payment? They are flagging as D_LOCK's and I'm just wanting to confirm I'm not missing anything:

• We have stopped them on the AS with their old employer
• We have added in a new employment type and code from the effective date

Should i have don't anything else to release funds?
