all in one management system

Hi 

just need some opinions and help if possible , we are looking at investing in a management system but just wondered if there is anything out there that actually does the whole package .

-online enrolment (esfa compliant )

-learner management system (ILR compliant/runs reports ect )

learner management (OTJ hours/reveiws/learner progress ect 

ive looked around and dont know if i am missing something but seems you have to use 2 or 3 different companies to get everything we need . 

any help appreciated
