ESFA update point 7 find employers

Morning,
I'm slow in reading the latest ESFA update, but point 7 Information: Find Employers that need a training provider looks interesting. But does anyone know where the employers are hiding? I logged in to my training provider account via the sign in link on the update but there isn't a box that I can see that would be a part of this offer, do I need to give myself permission via IDAMS to view an extra section does anyone know?

I had trouble finding this too! It's on the Home Page of your Training Provider Account, mine is underneath "Manage your Apprentices".
