Hi everyone
I have recently started a trainee tutor role with a training provider and have been asked to do a bit of research into progress reviews. Do other providers have a proforma they follow when carrying out progress reviews with learners? We are hoping to standardise this in our practice but would like a few pointers.
Any help would be appreciated.

We now use a form built into our E Portfolio system
We created our own proforma that we use for all progress reviews to ensure we are checking in on various apprenticeship requirements e.g. progress against knowledge, skills and behaviours, off-the-job training etc.
