I've got one I'm really not sure what to do with. Student started HND in Sep 2020 for two years. Student has now gone back overseas and wants to study distance from abroad for the second year. The team think they can do it, but what do I do with the ILR? I'm sure he won't go in our HESES (the rules on that are fairly clear), but can we keep him in our ILR?
