R14 DLOCK_12

Hi Everyone
We have our first DLOCK_12 error for R14. Having looked into this, I don't think we are able to fix it.
We backdated the break-in-learning end date to the last day of learning (June) and this was actioned by the employer in September when we agreed the learner would not be returning for a while. Given the Apprenticeship Service date can only be the date the pause button is clicked, the employer could not backdate to match our LDOL.
Does that sound right?

The employer can start payments again if they should not have paused the apprenticeship by removing the pause date in the apprenticeship service.
The employer paused the apprenticeship correctly but they couldn't backdate this to reflect the LDOL before the break in learning, it just accepted the date they clicked pause. This is what is causing the DLOCK.
