Hi,
We have a similar issue with an apprentice who transferred from the old Apprenticeship in July 2021 and started on the new one in August 2021. However, we have returned our 21/22 data and it is still appearing on FRM09. We cannot find any reason for this, looking at the report logic and our ILR. It would be interesting to know if the learner drops off your FRM once you have returned 21/22!

FRM09 - Transfers with no return

We had a lot of students who were on a two year study programme that started in Sep 2020, switch to a different programme for 21/22. We coded them as Withdrawal but transferred to another aim as of June 2021 in the 20/21 ILR. The new aims start in Sep 2021 in the 21/22 ILR (within 120 days). They appear in the FRM09 reports because we haven't yet returned any 21/22 data (apart from for apprentices). I know they're fine, so I'm planning to just make a note and leave them, but should we have recorded these any differently?
I can't say the Actual End Date on the old aims was after June 2021, as that's not true, they did no lessons in 21/22. I can't say they started the new aims before Sep 2021.
