The error you're getting is because the ACT 'Date applies to' field has not been populated with the Actual End Date. You're terminating (albeit temporarily) the programme, so it expects the ACT 'Date applies to' field to match either the Actual End Date, or the Achievement Date if this is known.

Break in learning - achievement date
Created
Hello,
We are trying to record a break in learning for one of our apprentices. We have followed the ILR Support Manual guidance but are getting an error report in relation to the achievement date.
We have set Completion status to 6; recorded the Actual End date as the date the BIL starts and Outcome as 3.
The FIS report says that 'The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date.'
Is this correct?
Many thanks
Lucy
