It's not a restart if they've moved to a differnt framework/standard. You need to fully withdraw the Framework now, and treat the Standard as a completely new start, doing the usual assessment of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour. The Standard definitely has to be a full year minimum.

Break In Learning - Re-Start

Hi Has anyone had an apprentice who was on a Framework went on a Break in Learning and now needs to restart on a standard.
I have been informed they need to be set up on a standard and take into consideration the prior framework learning.
Do they have to do a full year on the standard?
Do I set them up as a restart?
Appreciate any help with this one.
