We, as a Training Provider, can't. Only the employer can access this. It would indeed be very informative for us to be able to see this.
The employer can either Apply for the payment OR View applications through the 'Apply for the hire a new apprentice incentive payment' heading on their Apprenticeship Service Account.
Bear in mind that for new starts from 1/10/2021 the window to apply for the incentive doesn't open until 11/01/2022.

We have an Employer account as we employ apprentices as well as being a provider and I know I have claimed my incentive but I couldn't fine anywhere on the account that confirmed my claim! Thank you for your response, I can see it now and will be able to advise my employers.

Hi - I have an employer who is trying to claim their incentive, however it is coming up with the following message:
The details you have entered do not match. Contact your training provider to verify you have the correct ULN and postcode.
I have checked these details, and they are correct - has anyone else had the same problem?

Is there any way to check employers have claimed the £3000 incentive.
We have employers who may or may not have claimed!!
Obviously if the learner is there to select during the claim process they need to carry on and claim.
If the learner doesn’t appear this could mean they have already claimed or the learner is yet to show on the system, how can we tell which one it is?
