R123 error

Hi

In our R04 return I have got a R123 error:-

The learner is continuing or intending to continue, therefore do not return the 'Date applies to' for the latest ACT record.

The apprentices are at Gateway so on their Programme aim they are showing as 1 & 8.  For their main component aim they are 2 & 8.  the ACT isn't completed with any date, i do this on achievement.

The error says;

(error where LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo of the latest ACT record is known)

So it looks like a Date To has somehow been entered on the latest ACT record for whichever aim is throwing the error.

Hi there,  I am unsure why this month all our learners in EPA has this error message

'The learner is continuing or intending to continue, therefore do not return the 'Date applies to' for the latest ACT record' 

I have not applied the 'date applies to' in the ACT. 

i have checked through and i cannot see anywhere - where the applies to has been entered
