Hi all,
Any ideas on why we wouldn't receive an achievement payment for a Frameworks learner? All normal checks completed and our data seems to be accurate, we haven't reported an achievement date as FW, I'm running out of ideas.

Have you collected and reported all co-investment payments?
Yes, however at R03 we noticed too much had been collected and this was refunded to the employer and corrected on the ILR, however learner completed in R01. Would this cause the achievement payment to be held back?
